How does the estimate process work?
Start by telling us a little about your home and what you're looking for. From there, I'll follow up, set up a time to meet you and see the space, and make sure we're a good fit. Then I'll put together an estimate based on your home, your needs, and the level of cleaning that will give you the best fresh start.
What's the difference between Deep Cleaning and Maintenance Cleaning?
Deep Cleaning is our thorough, top-to-bottom reset -- ideal for a first visit or any time your home needs more than routine care. Maintenance Cleaning is our recurring service (Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly) that keeps your home consistently clean between visits. Many clients start with a Deep Clean and move into a Maintenance schedule after.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It's completely up to you. Many clients provide access and go about their day; others prefer to be home. Let us know what works best for you when you request an estimate.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes -- we bring what's needed to get the job done. If there's a product you love, something you prefer we avoid, or anything you're sensitive to, just let us know.
